Meal services
A considered meal service starts with understanding the brief.
From meal requirements to a service proposal
Meal services form one of Au Lac’s business sectors. We review enquiries according to quantity, timing, location and the organiser’s priorities.
One-off requirements, phased schedules and longer-term proposals all benefit from a clear brief. This establishes expectations, the service scope and the conditions to be arranged.
Menus and presentation by agreement
Enquiries may include a budget, taste preferences, meal format and presentation requirements. Au Lac clarifies what can be provided before an order is confirmed.
Allergies, dietary requirements and ingredients to avoid must be disclosed at the outset. Capability and relevant controls require specific confirmation; illustrative photos and dish names should not be treated as guarantees.
Clear quantities and timing
For larger or recurring requirements, discussions should cover order deadlines, quantities, handover windows, locations and the receiving contact. Changes after confirmation are handled according to the order’s conditions.
An identified contact helps keep menus, quantities, presentation and schedules consistent. Additional requirements should be agreed before delivery.
What to include in your enquiry
Please share the approximate meal count, date, time, location, indicative budget and any special requirements. For recurring proposals, include frequency and the intended cooperation period.
Menus, quotations, handover arrangements and payment terms are discussed for each brief. Website images are illustrative and do not constitute a menu or order confirmation.
